Returns & Refunds Policy
Because our products are digital, they can’t be physically returned. Once it’s been downloaded, it’s yours to keep. If you accidentally bought something and haven’t downloaded it yet, this is fine. Please contact us and we’ll refund you within 5–10 business days from your purchase date.

The emailed template link will be active for 30 days. Be sure to save your pdf with your template links somewhere safe like a drive or a folder. If you still lose track of it, just send us a copy of your receipt and we’ll gladly send you a new one.
